Returns & Warranty

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at hello@espiaye.com. If your return is accepted we will provide you with instructions on where to bring your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or not following return instructions may not be accepted.

Please note that refunds are only eligible on original purchases, and not on replacement items.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a FULL replacement warranty, which include defects and accidental damage. You will not be charged a processing fee or shipping costs when making this claim.
We also offer free replacement parts for life.

Just email a photo of the item to our support team at hello@espiaye.com along with your order number. If approved, we will process a replacement item for you or an Espiaye Apparel store credit to spend on something else from our store.

Warranty may be voided if customer has not followed basic care instructions for product.

  • Clothing items are excluded from this warranty.
  • Warranty only valid on original purchase, and not replacement items.

1 Year Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty for lost or stolen merchandise. Each purchase comes with 1 replacement redemption eligible for a full year after the purchase date. Further replacements will be granted for manufacturing defects or certain types of damage. These subsequent warranty claims are subject to the review of Espiaye Apparel as per the above “Lifetime Warranty”. 

- Clothing items are excluded from this warranty.

A processing fee is required for all lost or stolen replacement claims and is applied per item. The fee is determined by shipping location as follows:

To make a claim, please email hello@espiaye.com with your order number and claim details. All claims are subject to assessment by Espiaye Apparel before approval.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right as soon as possible. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer warranty on sale items, free items, or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item(s) and begin the returns process for the item(s) you have.


Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you're account.
